What You'll Do?

As a Performance Marketing Specialist
, you'll be responsible for driving profitable growth by maximizing Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on ROAS.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Meta.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting targeting, bidding, placements, and creatives.
  • Run A/B tests to identify top-performing ads and messages.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high-converting ad assets.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize profitability.

What We're Looking For?

  • Proven experience in performance marketing or media buying, with strong results in achieving high ROAS.
  • Skilled in campaign management across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Meta.
  • Strong analytical ability to turn data into actionable optimizations.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Solid understanding of customer acquisition funnels, conversion tracking, and e-commerce KPIs.
  • Experience in e-commerce, affiliate marketing, or digital retail campaigns (preferred).
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
