Marketing Communications Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Communications Specialist to strengthen our brand presence and engage our target audience. This role combines strategic marketing communication with creative design to deliver compelling campaigns, consistent messaging, and visually engaging content across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate is both a storyteller and a designer—able to craft messages that resonate, build meaningful connections with customers, and translate ideas into strong visuals that elevate the brand.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Communications

  • Develop and execute marketing communication strategies that align with business goals.
  • Create engaging content for digital platforms (website, social media, email, newsletters, blogs).
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging and tone across all communication channels.
  • Support promotional campaigns, events, and product launches.

Graphic Design & Creative

  • Design digital and print assets (social media graphics, posters, ads, presentations, brochures).
  • Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and produce creative visuals that enhance storytelling.
  • Manage and update brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive visual identity.

Public Relations & Brand Presence

  • Draft press releases, announcements, and other public-facing materials.
  • Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key partners.
  • Monitor and manage online reputation and customer engagement.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance, engagement, and communication effectiveness.
  • Provide reports and insights to improve strategies and optimize future campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing communications, branding, or graphic design.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite / Canva / equivalent design tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling and design.
  • Photography and video editing skills.
  • Ability to thrive under the pressure of a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous learner with a mindset for improvement and innovation.
  • Must have business appreciation—able to align creative strategies with overall business objectives.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc.) is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and website content management (WordPress, Shopify, or similar) is a plus
