As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical leadership role in the full lifecycle of system development and enhancement. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, leading projects from initial concept through to final implementation and driving improvements to key business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis, planning, monitoring, and implementation of new and enhanced software systems.
  • Collaborate with clients, end-users, and key stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira.
  • Develop and maintain business process models, data flow diagrams, and system interaction maps to ensure shared understanding across teams.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring solutions align with strategic goals.
  • Act as a Project Manager during the development phase, coordinating activities to ensure project milestones are met on time.
  • Mentor and guide junior Business Analysts, contributing to the team's overall development.
  • Prepare, review, and present comprehensive project documentation.
  • Manage the smooth and efficient handover of completed projects to operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in systems analysis, requirements gathering, and business process engineering.
  • Strong project management skills and a solid technical understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Adept at working collaboratively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
