
Learning and Development Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the coordination of the firm's technical skills training and global training curriculums and schedule.
- Coordinate with essential training coaches, facilitators, and other stakeholders.
- Handle the internal audit and quality assurance reviews of the Learning & Development Department
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Business Management, or any related fields
- With at least 3-4 years of related working experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Other Details:
- Office Location: Ayala Ave, Makati
- Hybrid Set Up (1-2 x a week onsite ONLY)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
