Learning and Development Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads the coordination of the firm's technical skills training and global training curriculums and schedule.
  • Coordinate with essential training coaches, facilitators, and other stakeholders.
  • Handle the internal audit and quality assurance reviews of the Learning & Development Department

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Business Management, or any related fields
  • With at least 3-4 years of related working experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Other Details:

  • Office Location: Ayala Ave, Makati
  • Hybrid Set Up (1-2 x a week onsite ONLY)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
