Executive Assistant and Amazon Operations Support

Role Summary:
The person in this position will serve as a personal assistant to the CEO and help manage the day-to-day tasks of the Online E-Commerce business (primarily Amazon) as well as inventory management. The role requires working during USA hours (Central Standard Time) and demands strong English communication skills, as the assistant will be answering and making phone calls to handle customer service, business inquiries, and other communications.

Responsibilities of Brighter Ventures:

• Provide access to appropriate software and systems necessary for the completion of job duties.

• Work with the assistant to improve current procedures and develop new procedures as needed.

Expected Accomplishments:

• The CEO will be freed up from most day-to-day activities of the business and will be able to focus on tasks that increase revenue and help expand the business.

• Emails screened and filtered by 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM CST each day.

• Calendar activities and scheduling are maintained, forwarded to the correct individuals, and always up to date.

• Customer Service and Feedback are handled as soon as possible and always within 24 hours or less.

• All electronic documents are appropriately filed or forwarded as needed in a systematic way and according to the company filing system procedures.

• The business stays in stock at all times and has an IP score over 500.

Key Requirements:

• Must be available to work during USA hours (Central Standard Time) to align with business operations.

• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential, as the role involves answering and making phone calls for customer service, business inquiries, and other communications.

• Must have a working computer and stable internet access.

• 2 Years Experience in Amazon Ecommerce Operations
