Job Title: Training Assistant

About the Role

The Training Assistant provides essential support in organizing and implementing the Academy's training programs and certification courses. The role involves assisting in logistics, participant coordination, and content management to ensure each program runs smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of training programs, workshops, and certification courses.
  • Support participant communication and registration, including inquiries, attendance, and feedback collection.
  • Prepare and organize training materials, certificates, and evaluation forms.
  • Create and manage visual and promotional content for courses and announcements using Canva.
  • Help manage the Academy's social media pages to keep participants informed and engaged.
  • Provide on-site and online assistance during training sessions and events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Events Management, Communication, or a related field.
  • Preferably with experience in training coordination, event support, or administrative work.
  • Skilled in Canva and familiar with social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about professional development and the MICE industry.

Work Setup

  • Based in Metro Manila, preferably living near Makati or Pasay for occasional on-site support (around once a month or less).
  • Primarily remote setup, with ability and willingness to travel for trainings and events when needed.
  • Laptop and printer are provided to support remote and on-site work requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
