Warehouse Receiving Clerk

Job Summary: The Warehouse Receiving Clerk is responsible for ensuring that all incoming shipments are received accurately, documented properly, and handled according to company procedures. This includes checking deliveries, updating inventory systems, and coordinating with relevant departments.

What You'll Do:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify the accuracy of incoming shipments from suppliers.
  • Receiving of products from courier's RTS.
  • Document and report any missing, damaged, or incorrect items
  • Scanning of RTS tracking numbers to Google Sheets Monitoring.
  • Scanning of RTS to inventory sheets.
  • Creating daily reports
  • Directly reports outputs to Fulfillment Supervisor.

What We're Looking For:

  • College or High school diploma or equivalent (training in logistics or warehousing is a plus)
  • Proven work experience as Receiving Clerk or in a similar warehouse role
  • Experience in an e-commerce industry is an advantage
  • Familiar with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
  • Ability to work extended hours when needed.

Deployment Location: Brgy. Hugo Perez, Trece Martires City, Cavite (in front of Fuel Force Gasoline Station)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
