About the role

Seeking an experienced Public Relations Director (Mandarin) to join our dynamic team at DL Public Relations' in Pasay City Metro Manila. This full-time role is integral to delivering high-impact public relations campaigns and enhancing the visibility and reputation of our diverse client portfolio.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and executing comprehensive PR strategies to support client objectives
  2. Building and maintaining strong media relationships, both locally and internationally
  3. Coordinated high-profile media events, collaborations with government agencies, product launches, and crisis management initiatives.
  4. Providing strategic counsel and recommendations to clients on all aspects of public relations
  5. Analysing campaign performance and providing detailed reports to clients
  6. Mentoring and leading a team of PR professionals

What we're looking for

  1. 8+ years' experience in public relations, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  3. Strong media relations and networking abilities, with deep connections in the industry
  4. Proven ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and execute flawlessly
  5. Experience leading and motivating a team of PR professionals
  6. Familiarity with the latest PR trends, technologies, and best practices
  7. Degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  8. Willing to work full-time on-site with a six-day work schedule
