Program Overview
The Management Trainee Program is designed to develop high-potential individuals into future leaders of the organization. The program offers a combination of structured training, project assignments, mentorship, and performance evaluations to equip trainees with the skills, knowledge, and values needed to take on key leadership roles within AMI.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversees, controls and monitors project implementation based on the approved implementation guidelines and internal budget; ensures on-time and in-full execution
Ensure 100% fulfillment and completion of services based on the service level of agreement.
Successfully implementing company policies and procedures
Closely monitoring the operating and financial results against plans and budgets taking remedial action where necessary and informing the Head of Operations of significant changes
Evaluates store requirements and cascades them to concerned personnel; briefs concerned personnel on the details and requirements of the Management's instructions and advice; ensures that all instructions, responsibilities and operational details are clearly understood by the implementing personnel
Coordinates with concerned departments to ensure that guidelines and management-agreed standards are met all times
Prepares progress reports for submission to clients that summarizes the performance results of each on-going project showing actual performance vs. target, qualitative feedback such as suggestions, recommendations and opportunities for improvement and other KPIs/information that Client may require
Ensures timely submission and accuracy of post-mortem reports to the clients; meets with client/s for operational concerns when needed
Advises the Head of BDM/Deputy GM on all matters affecting all projects
Leadership
Inspires others by ideas and character; influences others towards higher achievement, better task management and enhance their interpersonal skills.
Able to think and implement new and innovative concepts, methodologies and ways, towards the improvement of present methods/systems; able to handle unrelated and/or expanded tasks.
Has the initiative and drive to take action on issues and concern
Able to perform duties & responsibilities with minimal or no supervision in a timely manner with good quality output; performance of tasks does not need constant follow-up; ensures that the job at hand gets done on or before deadline set
Effective in motivating teammates and subordinates into giving their 100% performance all the time
Investigates and imposes necessary disciplinary actions on erring subordinates
Demonstrates commitment to the job and deals well with ethical and confidential issues
Maintains good working relationship with subordinates, associates, superiors, clients and AMI employees
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year Business Course
- With at least 3-5 years Assistant Manager/Managerial experience, preferably from agency, or FMCG industry
- With experience in activation and operations.
