Job Title: Junior Project Engineer – Civil/Structural

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Project Engineer (Civil/Structural) to support our engineering and construction projects. The role involves assisting in planning, design, and execution of civil and structural works while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects. The candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of civil/structural works.
  • Support in preparing engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documents.
  • Conduct site inspections, ensure quality of workmanship, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of works.
  • Assist in preparing progress reports, documentation, and as-built records.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements on site.
  • Provide technical support in resolving construction issues and challenges.
  • Work closely with senior engineers in managing day-to-day project activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (licensed or non-licensed).
  • 1–2 years of experience in civil/structural works (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, STAAD, or other structural software is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Requirements:

  • Willing to be assigned on project sites.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eager to learn and grow in project management and structural engineering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
