Job Purpose Monitoring,

Reporting and management of project expenditures ensuring

  • Provide technical expertise for the design of structures, foundation and site layouts
  • Design assurance for sites ensuring TPM, managing and resolving Tower Loading
  • Design optimization ensuring to achieve cost optimization target
  • Overseeing Tower retrofitting design drawing creation and implementation

Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

A. Academic Qualification:

  • Bachelors level or higher degree Engineering in Civil Engineering from a recognized local or international university
  • Preferred, Civil Engineering Licensure Examination PRC board passer with at least 85+ board exam rating.
  • Preferred, accredited member of Association of Structural Engineers of the Philippines (ASEP) B. Knowledge:
  • Understanding of Telecom projects requirements and practices
    • Market prices for different construction materials used in telecom rollout
  • Advance level expertise in design tools such as ASTM and StaadPro, Expertise in MS tower, TnX tower, etc. will be added advantage.

C. Skills and abilities:

  • Advance level skill in MS Excel and well acquainted in other MS office applications
  • Ability to perform as member of multiple project team with shifting priorities in a real-time environment
  • Willingness to work on a flexible schedule and travel regionally as and when required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse workforce D. Working Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years experience of which 2 years in telecom focusing on telecom structure design
  • Experience in TowerCo environment will be an added advantage

Pay: Php80, Php85,000.00 per month
