Job Summary
The HR Officer is responsible for managing the employee lifecycle with strong focus on Training and Development, Employee Engagement and Performance Management.

Tasks and responsibilities will include , but are not limited to:

  • End to end management of the training cycle (Learning Needs Evaluation, Competency Assessment, Training Facilitation and Post-Evaluation etc)
  • Prepares and implements the local training plan and executes other learning interventions in partnership with functional / department managers
  • Spearheads the development and implementation of the annual employee engagement program in partnership with Head Office and local stakeholder / employee union committees
  • Leads local internal communication initiatives and programs through multiple platforms
  • In-charge of the Integrated Management System (IMS) internal coordination and external vendor point-of-contact
  • Ensures the Performance Management Cycle is completed correctly and within timeline ; performs Performance Calibration with the functional / department manager ensuring employee contributions and performance evaluations are according to company standard
  • Tracks and monitors Training Plan achievement (including submission of other periodic reports) ; leads training administration and logistics
  • Assists with Individual Development and Performance Improvement plan facilitation and/or monitoring with the HR Manager
  • Performs other responsibilities that contribute to succession and workforce planning, employee engagement and retention
