About the role

We are seeking an experienced Export or Import Customer Service professional to join our team at All Flag Logistics Inc. in our Paranaque City, Metro Manila office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing freight forwarding requests, and ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of import and export shipments.

What you'll be doing

  1. Communicate with customers to understand their freight forwarding needs and provide tailored solutions
  2. Process import and export documentation, including customs clearance, shipment tracking, and status updates
  3. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of shipments
  4. Resolve customer inquiries and address any issues or concerns promptly
  5. Maintain accurate records and data related to customer shipments
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer service or freight forwarding role
  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and stakeholders effectively
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn and use freight forwarding software
  5. Good understanding of import/export regulations, customs clearance procedures, and freight forwarding best practices
  6. Adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
