Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and sms-chat.

  2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  3. Offer accurate and up-to-date information on shipment status, rates, and services.

  4. Collaborate with sales & operations department to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.

  5. Process customer requests, including booking, tracking, and delivery updates.

  6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  7. Identify and escalate potential issues or concerns to management.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in Air and Sea freight logistics handling both Import and Export. (advantageous but not required thus also open to fresh graduates)

  • College graduate or equivalent required; degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge on other cargo management systems an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Must be living within Parañaque or willing to relocate.
