Job Description
Working Arrangement - Hybrid
Schedule - 8PM-5AM, 12AM-9AM (Mon to Sun) - 2 days off
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Knowing the products inside and out to answer all questions
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Provide customer service via email/tickets, chat, and calls
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Document all information according to standard operating procedures
- Perform the tasks at the required speed and accuracy to meet the client's KPI and SLA requirements
- Prioritize tasks to best fit client needs
- Contribute to process improvements on the tasks
- Diligently log all activities.
*Key Skills:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT QUALIFICATIONS*
- Customer service experience is a must
- Very good organization and multitasking skills
- Fast typing skills
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Adequate knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- Amenable to working onsite
- Amenable to working on a rotational schedule, including weekends, holidays, and night shift
- Ability to work in the intensity of high volume emails, calls, and live chats and capable of upholding the highest quality standards
- Ability to work on holidays and weekends
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision
*Education And/or Experience*
- At least two (2) years in college
- At least (2) years of blended voice and non-voice

- Provides owners and guests with the best possible service about Enquiries for travel requests, suggestions, and complaints.
- Processing requests for Booking, Cancellation, and Refund.
- Excellent English communication skills are a must.
- Completed atleast2-years in college (any course).
- Travel Industry working experience is a preference, not required.
- Required Skills: Customer Service, Computer skills
- Must be willing to work in shifting schedules including holidays, special days, etc.
- Must be amenable to go back to the office if deemed required by the program.
- Must be residing around Metro Manila.
