Your Role:

As a Customer Experience Advocate, you are the welcoming and knowledgeable voice that connects our customers to our company. Your main objective is to ensure every customer feels valued and understood by adeptly handling their questions, resolving issues, and showcasing the best of what we offer. You are essential to building lasting customer relationships and upholding our promise of exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the frontline resource for customers, addressing all communications with empathy, professionalism, and care.
  • Efficiently diagnose and provide solutions for common questions about products and services, meeting all performance benchmarks for response times.
  • Proactively educate customers on relevant features, promotions, and service options to enhance their overall experience and engagement.
