Career Mobility Advocate (Internal HR Contact Center)

Being part of a global in-house capability center offers a wide range of career opportunities for every employee across the company.  Employees who need assistance in seeking career development and internal mobility may call an internal HR contact center and be assisted by a Career Mobility Advocate.

A Career Mobility Advocate serves as the primary contact for employees seeking career development assistance and internal mobility support. This role manages inbound calls and online consultation requests, assesses needs through structured intake, and provides accurate guidance on career resources and application processes. They play a key role in enhancing employee experience and supporting organizational talent strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries via phone and online channels regarding career development, internal job applications, and mobility programs
  • Assist employees with application/CV building, interview preparation, and job application best practices
  • Provide updates on application status, troubleshoot issues, and guide navigation of HR platforms
  • Document cases in contact management system and escalate issues as needed
  • Collaborate with HR and internal teams and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
  • At least one (1) year in customer service, call center, recruitment, or HR support.
  • Excellent communication using the English language, active listening, empathy
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with call center tools, CRM systems, and HR platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft)
  • Willingness to work night shifts and a rotating schedule—hours of operations: 7am to 9pm US Eastern time
  • Willingness to work onsite in Makati City
