Job Summary:

The Product Manager – ServiceNow is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and delivery of products and solutions built on or integrated with the ServiceNow platform. This role manages the entire product lifecycle, from concept and design through development, launch, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding of ServiceNow with strong product management, UI/UX, and data-driven decision-making skills to enhance user experience and business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle — including ideation, requirements gathering, design, development, and release.
  • Act as the end user advocate for ServiceNow products, ensuring alignment with business needs and user experience best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, and stakeholders) to define and prioritize product features and roadmaps.
  • Oversee product design and UI/UX aspects to ensure usability, accessibility, and intuitive interface design.
  • Apply Agile methodologies to plan, manage, and deliver product releases on time and within scope.
  • Use Big Data tools and Google Analytics to monitor product performance, analyze usage patterns, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the ServiceNow platform team to optimize workflows, integrations, and performance.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear technical deliverables and user stories.
  • Track product metrics, user feedback, and adoption rates to inform strategic improvements.
  • Partner with project management teams to ensure smooth implementation and stakeholder alignment.
