Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Recruiter role based in Cebu. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet the company's staffing needs. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The Recruiter will also play a key role in implementing talent acquisition strategies and monitoring recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Experience in building candidate pipelines and collaborating with hiring teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple recruitment processes at once
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment compliance is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment or similar roles is advantageous
