Clark Freeport Zone, Philippines ABE Architecture Full time ₱360,000 - ₱540,000 per year

We are looking for the following candidates: multiple ArchiCAD or Revit architect and graduates (Subic or Clark office)

  • 1 archicad architect in our subic bay office
  • 1 revit architect in our clark office
  • 1 revit graduate in our clark office

The ideal candidate will be a qualified drafter and/or architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using Graphisoft ArchiCAD or revit. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.

Responsibilities

  • Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
  • Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal virtual space in ArchiCAD and or revit.
  • Collaborate with various foreign clients in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture
  • 3+ years of experience in construction and architecture
  • Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
  • High level Proficient in Graphisoft ArchiCAD or Autodesk Revit is a must.
  • Must relocate to Subic Bay or Clark office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php25, Php45,000.00 per month
