We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team.
- Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
- Process and follow up on customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and pipeline tracking.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Open for fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply ( Internship Experience is ACKNOWLEDGE )
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and customers.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work Monday to Friday. (Salary is Negotiable)
