Sales Representative

Job Summary:
The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products and services, particularly in the industrial, construction, and safety sectors. Candidates with an engineering or safety background are preferred, as they can effectively understand client requirements, provide technical product recommendations, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
This role involves identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, preparing quotations, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically knowledgeable, and skilled in both client engagement and solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients within assigned territories.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions, emphasizing safety and performance benefits.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure accurate product delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, safety regulations, and competitor activities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferably with background or certification as a Safety Officer (e.g., BOSH, COSH).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial, construction, or safety equipment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
