Area Sales Head

Job Summary
The Area Sales Head is responsible for achieving corporate sales objectives and serves as the lead manager overseeing residential projects within the designated area.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to local Area Broker Coordinators across provinces to achieve activation targets, optimize margins, and enhance broker engagement.
- Ensure alignment of provincial strategies with regional roadmaps for cohesive execution across events, campaigns, and internal communications.
- Act as the field execution lead and primary point of contact for analytical escalations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
- At least 5 years of coordination experience, including a minimum of 2 years managing multi-project or territory-level broker operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel (dashboards), PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strategic thinker with strong coaching skills and experience in cross-province execution
- Skilled at synthesizing field insights and corporate dashboards for presentation to senior leaders
- Knowledgeable about industry indicators within the assigned area
- Extensive broker network and connections in the area of assignment
- Willing to travel for work as required
