Job Description:-

Greeting Visitors: Welcoming and directing visitors to the appropriate person or office.

Office Correspondence: Handling emails and other office correspondence.

Maintaining the Reception Area: Keeping the reception area tidy and organized.

Clerical Tasks: Performing tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.

Managing Office Supplies: Ensuring adequate supplies are available.

Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to visitors and clients.

  • Administrative Support:
  • Answering phone calls and emails.
  • Managing schedules and appointments.
  • Organizing and maintaining files, both physical and digital.
  • Preparing and distributing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handling correspondence and mail.
  • Ordering office supplies.
  • Communication and Coordination:
  • Greeting visitors and providing information.
  • Facilitating communication between departments and stakeholders.
  • Coordinating meetings and events.
  • Taking and delivering messages.
  • Other Tasks:
  • Assisting with basic accounting tasks (e.g., invoicing, expense reporting).
  • Tracking deadlines and project progress.
  • Maintaining office equipment and supplies.
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
