About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join the team at CORPORATE VISIONS INC' in Talisay City Cebu. This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through telephone interactions.

As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inbound queries, processing orders, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering and managing incoming customer calls with a focus on providing outstanding service
  2. Accurately documenting customer interactions and updating records as needed
  3. Resolving customer queries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  4. Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products and services to customers
  5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

  1. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and provide effective solutions
  2. Proficiency in using various computer systems and software applications
  3. A positive, customer-centric attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  4. Fluency in both English and the local language
