About the role

FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Logistics Account BPO Agent to join our team in Cebu City. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing excellent customer service to our logistics clients through inbound and outbound calls
  • Handling a variety of customer inquiries and requests related to logistics and supply chain management
  • Maintaining accurate records and data related to customer accounts and transactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and process efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management processes, or a willingness to learn
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call centre role, either with or without experience, is preferred
