URGENT HIRING Customer Service & Quotation (Australia Account)

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in customer service.

Strong background in quotation and customer service processes.

Holds a bachelor's degree, a Customs graduate is a plus.

Job Responsibilities or Functions:

Provide quality service in customer interactions and quick solutions to their needs.

Support customers, agents, shipping lines, colleagues, or any parties involved in the shipments

Proficient in Import & Export operations and Incoterms.

Language:

Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Shift Schedule:

6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Cebu Time)
