What You'll Do:

  • Track and update the status of deliveries in coordination with logistics partners.

  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports related to shipments and deliveries.

  • Support data entry, validation, and organization in logistics systems or spreadsheets.

  • Remind and follow up with ASMs for delivery updates and pending actions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely distribution operations.

  • Perform other administrative or support tasks as required by the logistics team.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of Excel and data handling.

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
