HR Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Timely processing of timekeeping of ALL project sites.
- Enrolling of payroll bank accounts of newly hired admin workers of ALL project sites.
- Encoding of employee details in HRIS. Encoding and validating of weekly payroll of ALL project sites.
- Coordinating with Site HRs for project sites' payslip and for over-the-counter transactions of new hired admin workers.
- Coordinating with the bank officer/manager for bank transactions such as transmitting of PNB forms and I.Ds, ATM payment, and verification of active or dormant account numbers.
- Prepare list of newly hired employees subject for Manulife insurance enrollment to be submitted to Senior HR Associate.
- Reporting of transferred, re-hired and newly hired employees to compensation and benefits team.
- Encoding/setting-up of medical and other deductions of admin workers in HRIS. Prepare request for payment (RFP) for pre-employment medical and other billings.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Psychology or Human Resources Management Development
- With at least one year of relevant work experience
- Keen to details and highly organized
- Willing to do field work
- Can start immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
