Position: Marketplaces / Shopify Specialist

Salary Range: Php 50, ,000

Reporting To: Country Director

Location: BGC (Hybrid setup – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Job Purpose:

To develop and implement strategic initiatives for online marketplaces and Shopify platform, optimize sales performance, and coordinate key account management to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute commercial strategies across Marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok) and Shopify platforms under the guidance of the Country Director
  • Conduct SEO activities to increase visibility, traffic, and sales on all online channels
  • Coordinate with Key Account Managers (KAM) to nurture client relationships and meet sales objectives
  • Allocate budgets effectively for platform campaigns, promotions, and operational needs
  • Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and recommend actionable insights to the Country Director
  • Plan, Budget and Execute all commercial ads across all platforms
  • Set Up CPAS ads in coordination with the Marketing Director/ Marketing Department
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategies
  • Ensure all activities align with the company's overall goals and brand standards

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in managing eCommerce platforms or digital marketing roles
  • Background in managing marketplaces and Shopify is preferred
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing tools, and online sales strategies
  • Analytical mindset with excellent reporting skills
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously while keeping the Country Director informed
