We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Product Specialist to join our global e-commerce team.

This role focuses on Shopify product selection, pricing strategy, marketing channels research, and target market purchasing channel research for the European and U.S. markets.

You will work closely with our headquarters in China to build competitive product portfolios and execute creative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify hot-selling and trending products in Europe and the United States.
  • Analyze competitors' product offerings, pricing strategies, and market performance.
  • Develop and propose product pricing based on cost, market demand, and profit margin goals.
  • Sourcing and evaluating Europ and US buyer purchasing channels (local or international).
  • Research and recommend suitable marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.) for different product categories.
  • Collaborate with HQ to define product positioning, creative ideas, and promotional campaigns.

  • Track and evaluate product sales data to optimize listings and improve conversions.

    Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience in Shopify product research, sourcing, or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong understanding of global market trends and online consumer behavior.
  • Experience in using Shopify, AliExpress, Alibaba, or similar platforms for sourcing and listing.
  • Analytical mindset with creativity in product presentation and marketing ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus but not required.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under remote supervision.
