BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
  • Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
  • Handles messengerial request and scheduling.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and monitor utility personnel schedule.
  • Responds and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Handles reservation for company vehicle and meeting rooms.
  • Monitoring of pantry and office supplies
  • Handles admin petty cash fund.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate of any 4-year Business Course.
  • with relative experience as Admin Assistant is a plus.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati.
