As a Recruitment Officer, you play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and

selecting qualified candidates to fulfill organizational staffing needs. You are

responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a

seamless and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring

managers. Additionally, you handle various tasks assigned by the HR Head from

time to time, contributing to the overall objectives and initiatives of the HR

department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Utilize various platforms and methods to actively source potential

candidates.

 Sources out applicants from various Online Job Platforms like Indeed, Job

Street, and Facebook

 Prepare database for manpower pooling in all position

 Conduct initial interview through Google meet, Phone call and send

invitation for interview to applicants

 Screens applicant by conducting tests and interviews/ Review resumes

and applications to ensure they meet the minimum qualifications for open

positions.

 Verifies applicant submitted pre-employment requirements

 Assists Department Heads and candidates during Interviews/ Screen

candidates based on predetermined criteria to create a shortlist for hiring

managers.

 Conduct reference checks for selected candidates, collecting feedback from

previous employers.

 Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time-to

time

 Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future

opportunities.

 Schedule interviews with candidates and communicate details to both

candidates and interview panels.

 Coordinate logistics for virtual or in-person interviews, ensuring a smooth

process.

 Provide timely and professional communication to candidates regarding

their application status.

 Respond to candidate inquiries and provide information about the

company and

 Assist in the onboarding process by collecting necessary documentation

from new hires.

 Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure new employees have a

smooth onboarding experience.

 Generate reports and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and

areas for improvement.

 Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards and company career

pages.

 Ensure job postings are up-to-date and reflect current hiring needs.

 Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements

and preferences.

 Gather feedback from hiring managers on candidates and adjust sourcing

strategies as needed.

 Stay informed about relevant employment laws and ensure recruitment

practices comply with regulations.

 Maintain documentation related to recruitment activities for auditing

purposes.

 Provide input on improving recruitment processes and procedures.

 Stay updated on industry best practices in recruitment and talent

acquisition.

 Implement strategies to enhance the overall candidate experience.

 Gather feedback from candidates and make recommendations for

improvements.

 Releasing of DA Form for No Uniform, No ID and any violations in House

Rules

 Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.

 Update and create 201 files for old and new employees

 Creating Sprout account for newly hired employees
