DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Setting and stocking up food items and other necessary materials needed for Kitchen Operations.
Preparing high quality food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and other things necessary.
Cooking food items that are not limited to grilling, frying, sauteing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and quality standards.
Maintains cleanliness, safety, and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
Performs Kitchen admin works such as inventory checks, order preparation/management, dispatch, and completes food storage logs.
Handle and dispatch orders for website and food courier partners (Grab, Foodpanda, Pick-a-Roo, and etc).
Supports and reports to the Head Chef all materials that are needed for repair/replacement, replenishment of inventory, notify spoilages, and others involved in the Kitchen Operations.
Receiving of deliveries for Kitchen, ensuring that products specifications and quantities are met.
Double checking of all stations set up / par to ensure success of the days' operations.
To fulfill any related Kitchen Operations task supervised by the Head Chef.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must have at least 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced/quick service kitchen environment.
Candidate must possess a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation.
Cookery NC II Certification is a plus, but not required.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Teamwork and communication skills are needed
