PASTRY CHEF

We are looking for a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in pastry and dessert production, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality baked goods and confections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, bake, and decorate pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked items according to recipes and standards.
  • Develop new dessert concepts and assist in menu innovation.
  • Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation across all pastry items.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
  • Monitor inventory and assist in ordering pastry ingredients and supplies.
  • Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Culinary Arts, Baking & Pastry, or related course.
  • With at least 1 year of solid experience in pastry or bakery operations.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, doughs, fillings, and dessert plating.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • NCII in Bread and Pastry Production and HACCP certification are an advantage.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Can start ASAP.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,136.00 per month
