Schedule: Monday to Friday, anytime between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Total Weekly Hours: 20 hours

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to take ownership of key financial processes and support the company's growth. You'll use modern accounting software, manage day-to-day financial operations, and play a vital role in helping the business scale.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable processes and bill payment workflows

  • Process payroll for all team members

  • Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy

  • Develop and maintain budgeting systems, focusing on wage percentages and cost control

  • Monitor and analyze cash flow, tracking all incoming and outgoing funds

  • Handle full-cycle bookkeeping tasks using Xero

  • Prepare financial insights and reports to support strategic decision-making

Requirements

  • Proven experience using Xero accounting software (worldwide accounting platform)

  • Strong bookkeeping background with a solid understanding of accounting principles

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setup

  • Xero certification preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial records

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the business team

  • Reliable high-speed internet and professional home office setup
