Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the building materials or scrap metal industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies, building client relationships, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote building materials or scrap metal products.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Plan and oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and industry events.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective strategies.
  • Train and mentor junior marketing team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience in building materials, scrap metal, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the industry's market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
