Position Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor

Salary Range: 25,000.00 to 30,000.00

Work location: Mandaluyong City

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7am to 4pm

Job Type: Full time and Onsite

Education Degree Holder in any Engineering Course

With 3-4 years experience and can start immediately

Job description:

 Manage overall quality control of manufacturing process.

 Establish and enforce quality control standards and procedures for packaging, labels,

and sticker production.

 Monitor all stages of production, from raw material inspection to final product

delivery, to ensure compliance with specifications.

 Ensure adhesion, print accuracy, color consistency, and durability of stickers and

labels meet company and client expectations.

 Conducts investigation on customer feedbacks regarding material issues and provide

corrective actions.

 Directs and monitors activities of Quality Control Staff to ensure that all functions

support company objectives to deliver quality products

 Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best

practices for packaging and labeling.

 Ensures that all employees comply with the implemented standard performance.

 Set KPIs for the QA team to measure and enhance performance.

 Identify areas for improvement in production processes to reduce waste, defects, and

customer complaints.
