PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT

· Works on developing NEW, and modifying EXISTING processes to meet company's objective.

· Provides process concept recommendations to each respective product

QUALITY AND SAFETY ASSURANCE FOR SUPPLY

· Assures safety and quality in all facets of raw materials, ingredients and packaging

· Maintaining quality mindset on team members in areas of process controls, SSOP, GMP,5'S.

· Provides analysis and recommendations regarding process research, productivity data and studies

MATERIAL SUBSTITUTION

· Defines alternative suppliers/ supply for operations flexibility on sources and costs

· Evaluates raw material, packaging, ingredient, cleaning agents, sanitizing agents and others to deliver # 1

COST MANAGEMENT

· Establishes a reliable process. Ensures process standard compliance of manufacturing to meet the required product standards time

· Develops the ability to repeat processes at manufacturing level to ensure product consistency and quality.

· Develops new processes to support new initiatives.

· Provides manufacturing team with reference standards and quality plans for all new product launches and improve products

· Recommends process improvements and applications based on the current advancement in the market

· Generates potential cost savings opportunities such as the use of alternative process, flow, materials, equipment and tools

TECHNICAL TRAINING AUTHORITY

· Responsible for providing training to the concern department: Plant and other teams

· Prepares the roll-out plan (product demo, trouble shooting) for the technology transfer of new and modified products

· Responsible for technology transfer, coordination meetings and schedules

· Conducts Audit on CGMP and process compliance periodically

DOCUMENTATION

· Prepares PRODUCT MANUAL for all products and updates periodically

· Prepares statistical analysis on all competitive research.

· Prepares reports based on roll outs and process capabilities

· Conducts time and motion studies for new product launches and process upgrades

Attends to accreditation requirements for FDA, NMIS, Clients e

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php21,000.00 per month
