About the Role

The Head of Marketing & Brand Strategy is a senior leader responsible for shaping and executing the company's marketing vision. This role develops comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth in the Metro Manila market. The position oversees all marketing campaigns, manages a multidisciplinary marketing team, and leverages market analysis to foster innovative growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for new and existing products and services.​

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team, overseeing recruitment, training, performance, and workload management.​

Campaign Management:
Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, public relations, and live events, ensuring high impact and ROI.​

Market Intelligence:
Analyze relevant market data, consumer trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and guide strategic adjustments.​

Brand Development:
Drive initiatives to enhance brand reputation and recognition, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all channels.​

Budget & Performance:
Manage marketing budgets and KPIs, track campaign effectiveness, and report performance to executive leadership.​

Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and senior management to ensure cohesive commercial and product strategies.​

What You'll Need

Minimum 8 years' experience in integrated marketing leadership within a consumer-facing organization.

Proven track record of successful brand and campaign strategy development in fast-moving markets.

Hands-on experience leading high-performing teams and managing multi-million peso budgets.

Strong analytical, creative, and leadership abilities.

Excellent English communication skills; familiarity with Metro Manila's business environment strongly preferred.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, or related discipline.
