About the role
Firstsource Solutions Limited, a leading global provider of Business Process Management (BPM) services, is seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Representative to join our thriving team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their objectives. What you'll be doing
- Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through various prospecting methods, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing efforts
- Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their business challenges and requirements
- Develop and present compelling sales proposals that showcase our capabilities and the value we can bring to our clients
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and a successful long-term partnership
- Maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and continuously work to expand our customer base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including service delivery and account management, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
- Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to the sales management team
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the BPM or IT services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions to clients
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with sales prospecting, pipeline management, and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field
