About the role

Green Canyon Leisure Farms Corp' is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in the Clark Freeport Zone Pampanga location. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, planning, and oversight of various construction projects within our leisure farm operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development and growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting site assessments and surveys to determine project feasibility and requirements
  2. Designing and developing civil engineering plans, including structural, transportation, and environmental components
  3. Overseeing the construction process to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as project managers, and construction workers, to deliver successful projects
  5. Providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams to resolve any engineering-related challenges
  6. Monitoring and reporting on project progress, budgets, and timelines
  7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and environmental guidelines

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Civil Engineer, preferably in the leisure or agricultural industry is a plus
  3. Proficient in the use of design software, such as AutoCAD, and project management tools
  4. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  5. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with various stakeholders
  6. Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and environmental guidelines
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
