Easy Phone Work

THE JOB:

This is easy phone work. It is outbound calling to generate appointments for our firm to introduce our marketing services. To induce the prospect, we offer a free and valuable service to small business owners in exchange for their time.

HOURS:

This is a full-time position based on US Eastern Standard Time (Florida) hours.

Appointment Setter will work from 9:00-5:00 Monday-Friday with one hour of breaks each day. This is 35 hours per week if you work the full week.

Company is closed for US holidays and a few other days. Appointment Setters do not work when Company is closed.

We are looking for a high performing Appointment Setters (Outbound Cold Callers) who thrives on making connections.

Our tele-professionals call small business owners throughout the United States and offer to have a free, positive article written on them and their business.

Business owners are qualified if 1) they want to expand their companies and 2) their business is in a targeted category, such as, roofing, dentists, pest control, etc.

Once the article is completed and published online, our firm's sales team will contact the business owner, go over the article we've written and then introduce our marketing services to them.

Your job is to contact the business owner, qualify them, do a short interview with them and schedule for their article review.

Our Sales Representatives will do the appointment and do their best to sell the client on allowing our firm to do a marketing analysis on their digital marketing. We charge $35 one time for this service. Great appointment setters may be invited to also do the sales representative job, do the appointment, and sell the marketing analysis.

COMPENSATION

• Base: Approximately Php 30,000 per month, 7500 per week. This is paid at 215 Php for the hours you work during the Monday-Friday work week. Compensation is paid the Friday after the work week, a one week lag.
• Bonuses: 20 Php for each appointment you set with a qualified business owner that goes through with their appointment you set.
• Commissions: 20% - Should you also do the appointment with the qualified business owner and they purchase our $35 USD marketing analysis, your commission is 20%.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Make outbound calls using our VOIP service
• Ask the right questions to qualify the business owner
• Interview the qualified business owner
• Set appointments with qualified business owners
• Ensure the prospect understands we are writing the article in exchange for them giving us 15 minutes to introduce our company and services.
• Professionally handle inquiries, concerns or objections
• Keep CRM records update with accurate data entry notes

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT:

• Has experience in cold calling
• Has a dedicated remote work space
• Has a working computer, head phones with a microphone, and fast internet
• Can confidently and fluently speak English
• Can work 9:00-5:00 Monday - Friday, US EST (Florida) time
