A List Virtual Solutions is a growing outsourcing agency that connects talented freelancers with companies in the U.S. We manage payroll, training, and compliance so businesses can confidently scale with the support of our skilled Virtual Assistants. We are looking for a driven Marketing & Sales Specialist who can promote our services, generate leads, and close deals with businesses.

Role Overview

This is a results-driven role for someone who thrives in marketing, sales, and outreach. You will be responsible for calling businesses, sending cold emails, following up with leads, and converting prospects into clients who want to hire Virtual Assistants from our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to U.S. businesses, introducing our Virtual Assistant services.
  • Build relationships, present value propositions, and convince decision-makers to hire from A List Virtual Solutions.
  • Create, send, and track cold email campaigns that generate interest and appointments.
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with leadership on marketing strategies and sales scripts.
  • Report daily progress, call logs, and results.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, or appointment setting (preferably for U.S. clients).
  • Strong cold calling and cold email skills – persuasive, confident, and professional.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Resilient, persistent, and comfortable handling rejection while staying motivated.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking, and email marketing software is a plus.
  • Must be able to work full-time during U.S. business hours (8 AM – 5 PM PST).
  • Quiet home office setup with reliable internet and power.
  • Must be okay with being on web-work during entire shift.
