Building Maintenance Staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least high school graduate but with Vocational and Tesda Certificate training in technical field is an advantage
  • With knowledge in basic mechanical, electrical, carpentry, and plumbing troubleshooting
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications and digital maintenance logs
  • Willing to start immediately in Angeles City main office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on building systems
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues involving plumbing, electrical wiring, HVAC units, and facility infrastructure
  • Assist with minor repairs and renovations, and assembly of office fixtures and equipment
  • Support logistics for internal transfers, office setups, and facility arrangements
  • Liaise with third-party service providers for outsourced maintenance tasks when necessary
