We pride ourselves on delivering quality stays and excellent guest experiences through well-maintained and guest-ready properties.

We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Staff to join our team and help us ensure that our units remain in excellent condition for our valued guests.

The Role

As our Multi-Skilled Maintenance Staff, you will:

  • Perform general repair and maintenance work (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliance repair).
  • Carry out preventive maintenance to keep units and appliances in top condition.
  • Handle furniture and fixture repairs, replacements, and installations.
  • Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for specialized repairs.
  • Keep track of tools, spare parts, and maintenance inventory.
  • Support the operations team in ensuring units are always ready for guest use.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in general maintenance, building repair, or facility upkeep.
  • Skilled in at least 2–3 trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliance repair).
  • Flexible, reliable, and proactive in solving problems.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Based in Cebu City or nearby areas.
  • Holder of a driver's license (preferred but not required).
