Building Maintenance Technician

Cebu City, Central Visayas, Philippines King Properties Full time ₱300,000 - ₱600,000 per year

Job responsibilities:

  • Performs daily inspection and report status of building equipment and machineries thru the established maintenance checklist (FDAS, jockey pumps, & STP, Gen set).
  • Performing quality checks on Gen set, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems.
  • Checking and responding to security and safety issues.
  • Coordinating with tenants for maintenance related issues and complaints.
  • Keeping documents of inspections and problems.
  • Keeping an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies.

Job Qualifications:

  • A graduate at least 3 years technical course (Electrical technology, Plumbing, AC/HVAC).
  • Construction skills such as carpentry, painting, masonry, plumbing, roofing and welding.
  • Physical strength and dexterity to lift, move and handle equipment.
  • Stamina to deal with long hours standing or walking.
