RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Visualizes 3D environment/models and creates photo-realistic renderings of architectural and interior projects based on 2D drawings and sketches throughout all phases of designs in varying rendering style techniques.
  • Assists team in designing and developing highly creative concepts and design solutions - CAD and renderings.
  • Assists in the preparation of design presentation materials.
  • Assists in the preparation of technical drawings and contract document packages in CAD, when needed.
  • Coordinates with project team and other related consultants.
  • Performs other related duties from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience as a 3D renderer in HOSPITALITY (HOTELS), F&B, SPA & Wellness Center, commercial, and residential projects with high creative deliverables.
  • Proficient in Sketchup + D5 RENDER (Main), Enscape, 3DS Max + Vray, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and related applications for presentation and other documentation.
  • Detailed-oriented, resourceful, excellent in communicating ideas and engaging in creative conversations.
  • Fun & outgoing personality, proactive and positive attitude towards work and team.
  • Willingness to work extra hours, multi-task, and under pressure in a fast-paced environment when necessary to meet deadlines, while maintaining effective working relationships within the team and various project professionals.
  • Good communication skills with an intense work ethic.
  • IN-OFFICE OR ONSITE WORK SETUP, NOT WORK FROM HOME
