Job Summary:

The Visual Designer is responsible for creating user-centered web and mobile interfaces that align with modern UI and web design trends. The role involves developing wireframes and interactive designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, ensuring usability, accessibility, and visual appeal. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, present design concepts to stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outputs with keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Hard Skills

  • UI and Web design trends
  • Web usability, interaction design, and information architecture
  • Creating UI wireframes using tools such as Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, and Sketch
  • Mobile app design experience
  • Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating graphic assets
  • Knowledge in 3D modeling tools such as Blender, Spline, or other 3D tools
  • Experience in designing B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software (advantage)
  • Ability to analyze quantitative data and use data visualization tools (advantage)
  • Knowledge in game development, particularly game design and character design (advantage)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, multimedia arts, or any related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on design and implementation of business solutions though fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro City and collaborate across different time zones.
