Architectural Designer & 3D Visualizer (Remote – Transition to Cebu Office 2025)

Momentum Health + Fitness is an Australian-based fitness and wellness company currently expanding our flagship facilities across NSW.

We design and build large-scale gyms and integrated wellness centres that combine high-end fitness, recovery, and medical services into one modern space.

We're looking for a talented Architectural Designer with strong 3D modelling and visualization skills to join our growing design team.

You'll collaborate directly with our Australian operators on upcoming projects and help bring our new commercial gym and wellness hub designs to life.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for developing architectural layouts, conceptual designs, and detailed 3D visualizations for our fitness, wellness, and medical projects.

The role involves:

• Producing architectural drawings and Revit/SketchUp models for new Momentum facilities
• Creating photo-realistic 3D renders and animations of interiors, equipment layouts, and façade concepts
• Assisting in the coordination of design documentation with engineers and consultants
• Translating Australian standards, spatial requirements, and design intent into accurate models
• Supporting equipment placement and visualisation for our in-house gym equipment brand

Initially remote, this role has the opportunity to transition into our Cebu office early 2025 as part of our growing Philippines design and operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop site layouts, floor plans, elevations, and sections for commercial gym and wellness builds
• Create and refine detailed 3D models of gym equipment, interior fit-outs, and architectural components
• Generate high-quality renders, walkthroughs, and marketing visuals using Lumion, Enscape, or Blender
• Collaborate with Australian project managers and architects to align on local compliance and design standards
• Manage and organize project files, ensuring all drawings and models are consistently updated and documented
• Support design presentations and investor materials with architectural visuals and diagrams

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in architectural design or visualization (commercial experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Revit and/or SketchUp for architectural modelling
• Advanced rendering skills in Lumion, Enscape, Blender, or 3ds Max + V-Ray
• Strong eye for composition, materials, and lighting in visualization work
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for presentation graphics
• Excellent understanding of spatial planning and construction detailing
• Ability to interpret and produce architectural documentation (plans, sections, elevations, etc.)
• Bonus: Experience working on Australian projects or familiarity with BCA/NCC standards
• Good English communication and collaboration skills
